1. Using our store

You must be at least the age of majority in your location, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use this site.

You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law. Any violation of these Terms may result in termination of service.

2. General conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, at our discretion.

Your content, excluding payment details, may be transferred unencrypted across networks.

You agree not to reproduce, copy or resell any part of our services without our written permission.

3. Accuracy and updates

We work to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that everything is complete or up to date at all times. Historical information is provided for reference only, and we may update content at any time.

4. Prices and changes to products

Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time, and we are not liable for price changes, modifications or discontinuations.

Where a price changes after you have placed an order, the price you paid at checkout stands.

5. Products

Some products are available exclusively online and in limited quantities.

We make every effort to display product images and colours accurately, but screens vary and natural materials such as cotton, wood and yarn differ slightly from piece to piece. Small variations in colour, grain and finish are normal and are not faults.

Product measurements are approximate and taken by hand. Soft toys in particular vary slightly depending on how the filling settles.

We reserve the right to limit sales, update product descriptions or discontinue items.

6. Product safety and age guidance

Our products are made for children, and safety matters more here than anywhere else on this page.

Age guidance and safety warnings are given on the product page where they apply
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children's use of our products
Some items contain small parts and may present a choking hazard to children under three
Soft toys, comforters and cushions are for supervised use. Keep soft items out of the cot while a baby is sleeping unattended, in line with Lullaby Trust safer sleep guidance
Check seams, attachments and fastenings regularly and stop using an item if anything works loose

7. Orders and billing

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

If we need to change anything about your order, we will contact you by email or phone first.

You agree to provide accurate and current billing, contact and delivery details. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address are covered by our Shipping Policy.

8. Delivery

Delivery is free on all UK orders, and orders arrive within 5–7 working days including processing. We ship to the United Kingdom only.

9. Returns, refunds and cancellation

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return, and every return begins by contacting us at contact@joyfulloom.com rather than posting an item back unannounced. We then provide the return address and a return reference.

You also have a statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and full rights in respect of faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Our 30-day window sits on top of those rights rather than replacing them.

10. Third-party tools and links

We may provide access to third-party tools, and our site may link to external websites. Use of those tools and sites is at your own risk, and you should review their own terms. We are not responsible for the accuracy, security or practices of external websites.

11. Comments and feedback

Any feedback, comments, reviews or suggestions you send us may be used by us without restriction or obligation.

We reserve the right to remove content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading or in breach of these Terms.

12. Personal information

Your submission of personal information through this website is governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Errors and omissions

Occasionally there may be errors, inaccuracies or omissions in product descriptions, pricing, promotions or delivery information. We reserve the right to correct these at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.

Where a pricing error is obvious and you could reasonably have recognised it as an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

14. Prohibited uses

You may not use our site or services for:

Any unlawful purpose
Infringing intellectual property rights
Harassing, abusing or discriminating against others
Uploading or transmitting malware, viruses or harmful code
Spamming, phishing or fraudulent activity

Violations may result in termination of your account or access.

We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost profits, revenue or data. Your use of our services is at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VUMRA COMMERCE LTD harmless from any claim, damage or legal action arising from your breach of these Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections continue to apply.

18. Termination

These Terms remain in effect unless terminated by you or by us. We may terminate your access at any time if you breach them.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
